Deed Revision Update
/The Board voted to withdraw the vote on the Proposed Deed Revisions of 2019. The voting was open for 10 months and we did not receive the required number of votes for the revision to pass or fail. Under Article VII, Section 2, the 1999 deeds automatically renew for 10 years unless a new revision is passed during that time. We will disregard those restrictions in the 1999 deeds that are no longer enforceable by law.
