Precautionary Boil Water Notice
In conjunction with City of Houston, we are issuing a precautionary boil water notice. It is recommended to boil water vigorously for 2 minutes before consumption. Please stay alert to your local news media for updated information regarding the precautionary boiling water notice.
Urgent Water Conservation Request
We are asking all residents to conserve water. The pressure in the District is currently adequate; however, it is lower than we would like.
To help maintain water pressure in the system during this winter weather event, please use water only for essential tasks. Please stop running water as a prevention for frozen pipes. With the temperatures rising above freezing, you are not at risk.
If you are worried about your pipes freezing, please turn your house valve off and drain your service lines. If you have a water supply or sewer service issue, please contact our 24-hour emergency line at 281-651-1618.
Garbage Service
Texas Pride will resume regular garbage service on the next scheduled service day, Friday, February 19. Recycling services are suspended until further notice.
